Imu Burger

An IMU is an underground oven where the pig is slowly roasted for 12 hours to be served at a luau (Hawaiian Feast), sandy has been able to recreate that same flavor in her kalua pig (pulled pork) and served in a ciabatta bun topped with coleslaw.
