Queza Birria

Birria is a Mexican stew prepared with seasoned meat which is steamed or barbecued then served in a broth. The meat is piled onto a tortilla to make a taco then the taco is dipped in the broth. The dish originated in Jalisco, Mexico but is served throughout the country as well as in the U.S.
