Moo Goo Gai Pan (雞)

Chicken stir-fry paired with a bed of mushrooms and tossed with a oyster-soy based gravy. We use 100% chicken breast.

We use 100% chicken breast and 100% fresh USDA flank steak - you can taste the difference. Stir-fry of Chicken, Beef, Shrimp or Tofu with snow pea pods served in a soy based gravy sauce.

Szechuan Spicy Chicken (辣子鸡)

NOTE: 24 Ounce Serving. For the adventurous spirit! We use Szechuan numbing peppers to give this dish a zing that you won’t find anywhere else. We’ve heard this described as the bastard child of popcorn chicken and a firecracker. We use 100% chicken breast.

Kung Pao (宫保)

Legend has it that this dish was invented for a famous provincial governor in the Qing Dynasty. Our version brings it back to its spicy Sichuanese roots. Careful, it’s hot!
