BBQ by the LB
Brisket
Beef brisket, slow smoked for 14-18 hours. Rubbed with salt, pepper and coffee for a Texas twist.
Pork Belly
The highest of quality, hand pressed in house. Smoked 6-8 hours.
Pork Ribs
Pork ribs, available in half or whole rack sizes.
Chicken
Chicken is brined in Lemonade for 24 hours. Dry rubed in our housedry rub. Smoked In cherry wood for 4 hours. We finish it in the deep fryer to make the skin supper crispy. Your choice if Nashville hot sauce or Alabama white bbq sauce. Both made In house.
Pulled Pork
Smoked 12-16 hours, hand pulled to order. Tossed in house made vinegar sauce.
Smoked Sausage
All beef hot link, smoked daily and held in hot, smoked beef fat until it hits your plate.

Lickin Fries
Tossed in our rub rub - a little salty, a little sweet. SALT only available upon request.
