Pick 2 Meats Platter

This entrée allows the customer to pick two different meats for their platter. This platter comes in a five oz size and a seven oz size. Therefore you will receiver 2.5 oz of one meat and 2.5 oz of the other meat. Etc. This entrée includes two side items and a side of garlic cheese bread. Very popular choice.

This platter includes six bones of ribs, two side items, and a side of garlic cheese bread. This is a very popular item with the st. Louis residents who love BBQ ribs.

Beef Brisket Platter

The beef brisket is smoked overnight in our smokers. We use oak to smoke our beef. Oak is not an overpowering smoky flavor. It is just right. This entrée comes with two side items and a side of garlic cheese bread.

Pulled Chicken Platter

We smoke all natural chicken. The meat just falls off the bone. This entrée comes with two sides and side of garlic cheese bread.

Pulled Pork Platter

Our pork roasts cook for 24 hours in our smoker. The taste is amazing. We use oak that is harvested responsibly in Missouri. This entrée comes with two sides and a half piece of garlic cheese bread.

Full Rack Baby Back Ribs Platter

This platter may be enough to feed two people or one really hungry person. This entrée is a full rack (approx 12 bones) of ribs, two side items, and a side of garlic cheese bread.
