Twins Classic Beef Birria is a Mexican street food-inspired dish that you can cook at home. Our beef birria is made from oven-seared boneless beef chuck tender and seasoned with traditional spices and slow-braised in a classic birria sauce. Makes eleven 5oz servings. Just boil a pot of water, and add the bag. Cook until internal temp of 165 degrees and remove from bag and serve.
