Terra-single Origin Sumatra Dark Roast

Tasting Notes: Herbaceous, spicy, and earthy.The wet-hulling process, not commonly used, ensures that the beans leave the farms with a much higher moisture content resulting in less acidity, and a smoother, fuller bodied result.

Flora-light Roast Blend

Tasting Notes: Comprised of Ethiopian light roast, Honduran light roast, and Costa Rican medium roast. The Ethiopian varietal lends its naturally clean, and complex floral notes to the blend, paired nicely along side the fruit forward, and rich chocolate contributions from both Honduran and Costa Rican varietals.

Saturn-dark Roast Blend

Tasting Notes: Comprised of Sumatran dark roast and Costa Rican light roast, this coffee has earthy undertones paired with creamy honey and chocolate.

Janus-medium Roast Blend

Tasting Notes: Comprised of Brazilian medium roast, Costa Rican medium roast, and Sumatra dark roast. This blend lends the notable Sumatran earthy smoothness paired with creamy chocolate from both Brazil and Costa Rica. An incredibly smooth finish with low acidity.
