Morgan’s on Nicollet - New World Tavern opened to the public May 2nd for lunch and dinner. What is a New World Tavern? It’s our version of a Gastropub and will feature from-scratch cooking using the freshest ingredients for amazing flavors. Morgan’s is mostly American cuisine but with touches of the old world pub classics as well as new world flavors that are always changing. Morgan’s will strive to give exceptional service in a “feeling of family” atmosphere. The Tavern will have a “carefully selected” craft beer, wine and whiskey menu. Morgan’s will only be open for breakfast for business groups of 10 or more. Our kitchen will stay open late for the weary traveler or hungry local until 11:00 every night. We will caterer to local businesses that can’t leave the office during the day for orders of 5 or more. Morgan’s will provide all of the food for the Nicollet Inn Catering Department, which includes Meetings, Wedding or Social Events.
