The inspiration for Sauce comes from our experiences at the tables of family, friends and farm restaurants all over Michigan. Every dish we prepare is rooted from traditional Italian culinary recipes and infused with local flavors and ingredients. We believe in tradition and making things the old way with pastas cut by hand and savory sauces simmering all day over a low flame. Our innovations emerged from tradition but are inspired by regional flavors. We welcome our guests as honored friends who we want to feel at home.
