Miel at the Intercontinental Hotel Boston

4.1 ★★★★☆
$$$

Miel "Brasserie Provencal" is where the "buzz" will be this season as Boston’s only full-service 24/7 restaurant. Michelin rated Celebrity Chef Jacques Chibois has created InterContinental Boston’s Provençe themed brasserie celebrating the organic wonders of France’s fascinating region including lavender, honey and olive oil. The creators of Miel have interjected the use of honey (miel) into various elements of the cuisine. Miel features a private, glass enclosed dining room for twelve with a chef’s table made from a one thousand-year-old olive oil tree and an extensive collection of olive oils. The restaurant includes outdoor dining overlooking the historical Boston waterfront and InterContinental Gardens. RumBa, InterContinetnal Boston’s inviting rum-themed bar will display a collection of rums from all over the world. Hidden within the deep mahogany walls is a discreet champagne bar full of bubbly treasures not to be missed!
