Granny's Baking Table

It is our mission to create a space and products that harken to simpler times; when baking was from scratch and the table was for gathering and conversation. Granny's Baking Table combines two baking traditions; American South and Northen European with a singular commitment to authentic small-batch baking. Granny’s Baking Table is a joint venture of Sonya Yelder and Todd Crosset. We are artisan bakers, committed equally to our craft and the people who choose to live and work in Springfield. We celebrate and reflect the richness of our community. We believe in a universal desire for people to connect with others. Granny's Baking Table is on a mission to get back to the basics; of welcoming folks to our table, of lively conversation and fabulous food. Come on into Granny’s, the spirit is alive and well.
