Spicy. Ground lamb blended with red bell peppers then grilled on skewers.

Sac Kebab

Lamb sautee. Stir fried in an exotic Turkish pan, lamb cubes with tomatoes, green and red peppers and spices. Served with rice and bulgur.

Pirzola

Peer-zo-la. Lamb chops. Marinated baby lamb chops, fire grilled to tenderness.

Prime Rib Shish Kebab

Marinated cubes of prime rib beef grilled on skewers.

Iskender Kebab

Doner kebab served over crunchy homemade bread, topped with our homemade bread, topped with our tomato sauce and a touch of melted Turkish butter served with home-made yogurt.

Beyti Kebab

Ground lamb blended with garlic, crushed red pepper and parsley grilled on skewers then wrapped with lavash bread. Topped with tomato sauce and touch of butter. Served with yogurt and rice.

Stuffed grape leaves. Turkish grape leaves stuffed with sauteed rice, onions, pine nuts, currants, fresh parsley and herbs with a hint of mint.

Pot-lee-jon. Eggplant with sauce. Includes fried cubes of eggplant topped with sliced tomato sauce, sauteed onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, garlic and olive oil.
