Reuben Roll (with Onion Rings ) Comes With Fries
This is a different take on the traditional reuben. It has all the classic ingredients; corned beef, swiss cheese, 1000 island dressing & sauerkraut. The difference? we bake it into our homemade pizza dough, put it in our rotating pizza oven and cook it in a roll until it is golden brown and bubbling. It comes with a side of 1000 island. You can get it on rye bread if you choose!
Rachel Roll (with Fries)

This sandwich is as classic as it was when it was created in 1888 by Sussman Volk at his deli on Delancey Street in NYC. In honor of this iconic sandwich, we are making it the way Sussman did in 1888, only we add Swiss cheese. We place that tasty tenderloin on our homemade italian bread, sprinkle 50/50 mozzarella/provolone blend on top and bake in the oven until melted. Place it on a bed of lettuce and tomato, top it off with bacon and some mayo. Yum!

This is a delicious protein packed meal! we place our marinated grilled chicken, sliced fresh avocado (not frozen), crumbled blue cheese, bacon, roma tomatoes, pickled red onions (savory deliciousness) and a sliced hard-boiled egg, all neatly segmented on an arcadian mix of fresh cut lettuces (lolla rosa, red leaf, green leaf and oak lettuces) mingled with radicchio and red cabbage washed, cut and sliced for you! served with our homemade house balsamic.
Traditional Caesar Salad
Sliced romaine lettuce sprinkled with parmigiano reggiano and topped with croutons. All these fresh ingredients are tossed with our house-made caesar dressing. Add anchovies if you like! for an additional cost.

Gluten free. Imported ovaline mozzarella sliced and layered with fresh basil and roma tomatoes, served on a plate with our balsamic reduction lightly drizzled on top. Enough for two!
Everyday Salad
Gluten free. We use an arcadian mix of fresh cut lettuces (lolla rosa, red leaf, green leaf and oak lettuces) mingled with radicchio and red cabbage washed, cut and tossed as a bed for fresh english cucumbers, grape tomatoes, thinly sliced red onions then lightly sprinkled pepitas (pumpkin seeds) on top. Served with our lemony everyday dressing.
Baby Arugula Salad
Gluten free. We cover a bed of fresh, baby arugula in local goat cheese, diced granny smith apples & dried cranberries then sprinkle on some of our own candied walnuts on top. We serve it with ken's raspberry vinaigrette dressing on the side, adding the thinnest ribbon of balsamic fig reduction to the dressing.
