Root Down, Tall Trees, Seamless – these are some of our favorite beers in recent memory. Logically, we thought it was time to scale up the fun to a DIPA. Brewed with pilsner and pale malts, Endless clocks in at formidable 8.8%. Mosaic and Simcoe dove into the whirlpool, then plunged once more into dry-hop alongside Amarillo. Come a little closer… these three modern Pacific Northwest classics radiate blueberry and tangerine with a touch of pine and dankness.

Floor malted in Czechia from Bohemian-grown heirloom barleys, this rustic malt is world renowned for round, earthy flavor and aromas of biscuit and honey. And we’ve sought to coax additional depths of flavor from it through patience and technique, including our version of a single decoction.Michigan-grown Saaz assertively animates this crispy. Like its traditional European counterpart, the cultivar is floral and spicy, just… more so. And Fugitive Rooms is naturally carbonated, in case you’re into finer, tinier bubbles.

And since a whole lot of the previous 599 batches were India Pale Ale, it only made sense to commemorate the occasion with another unabashed paean to humulus lupulus.Now Serving: 600 showcases three of the mightiest hops known to man. Nelson Sauvin, the tropical and vinous New Zealand wonder, animates this 6.6% IPA as a mash hop and kettle addition. Almighty Citra supercharges the whirlpool with papaya and melon notes. And, in addition to more Nelson Sauvin and more Citra, NZ’s Nectaron dominates the dry-hop with its distinct personality of yuzu, peach, and lychee.

Right Proper Senate Beer
6 Pack 12oz cans American Lager 4.7% Senate Beer is a recreation of the Christian Heurich Brewing Company's flagship lager of the same name. The recipe was developed by Oregon State's Department of Fermentation Sciences, based on a 26-page laboratory report from 1948. The first batch was produced at Right Proper Brewing in Shaw. The 4.7% post-Prohibition lager is brewed with faked corn and hopped with Oregon varietals available in the 1940s.
