Sweet Options
Meringue
Merengue is a sweet snack made from sugar, beaten egg whites, and vanilla or lemon juice and then baked. Bite sized and slightly crunchy, merengue has a light and airy texture and lends itself to endless customization. Extremely versatile, merengue can be eaten plain, turned into alfajores (like in our masas finas), or added to cakes (like our Rogel cake).
