Caribbean Style Haddock

Fish fillet marinated in a mixture of blended pineapple, coconut milk, ginger, mustard, lemon, lemon grass, fresh coriander, then breaded with grated coconut & deep fried. Served with warm pineapple chutney sauce, & fries.
