Quesataco Plate

We fused a quesadilla with our Tradicional tacos for a unique Taco experience. We make a quesadilla then top it like we do our Tradicional Tacos. The plate comes with 5 Quesatacos

Shrimp Tacos

Two flour or corn tortillas, fresh onions, cilantro, sautéed onions, and dallop of guacamole. shrimp is available breaded and fried or grilled.

Rock Tacos

Birria is a Mexican dish from the state of Jalisco. The dish is a spicy stew, traditionally made from goat meat or mutton, but occasionally from beef or chicken. The dish is often served at celebratory occasions, such as weddings and baptisms, and holidays, such as Christmas and Easter. It is also suggested as a hangover remedy. Preparation techniques vary, but the dish is often served with corn tortillas, onion, and lime. Traditionally, the meat is marinated in adobo spices.

Paco Tacos

Simultaneously tender and crispy, these sumptuous hunks of ribeye steak are fried in lard until they turn a deep golden color of “EAT ME!”.

Tacos Ahogados

The name of the dish literally translates to “drowned tacos” because the taco are "drowned" in our Jitomate salsa. 3 tacos filled with chicken Tinga topped with shredded lettuce, sour cream, and sprinkled with queso fresco then drowned with jitomate salsa.
