Ramen

A house favorite rich pork and chicken broth with a house blend of chilies, garlic, ginger, spices, and shoyu base. Choose spicy level: regular, hot or fire. Toppings: a slice of grilled pork, marinated egg, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, bok choy, julienned green onions, and chili oil.
Tantanmen
A house favorite rich chicken broth with a sesame and ginger base. Toppings: chopped pork, marinated egg, bok choy, scallions, chili oil, a smear of spicy chili paste, and sesame seeds.
Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen
A house specialty, extra rich pork bone broth with a garlic and shio base. Toppings: a slice of grilled pork, marinated egg, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, julienned green onions, roasted seaweed, and garlic flakes.
Spicy Beef Ramen
A hearty beef broth with a shoyu base. Toppings: daikon radish, scallions, cilantro, braised beef brisket, a large beef back rib (so tender it literally falls right off the bone), a house mild spicy paste, and a lime.
Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen
An extra rich pork bone broth with a light soy sauce base. Toppings: a slice of grilled pork chashu, marinated egg, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, and julienned green onions.
Chicken Rich Ramen
A hearty rich chicken broth with a light ginger and light garlic base. Toppings: a portion of chicken breast, a marinated egg, bamboo shoots, Yu choy, and julienned green onions.
Spicy Miso Ramen
A rich pork and chicken broth with a light garlic and soy bean base. Toppings: a slice of grilled pork chashu, fried onions, sweet corn, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, and scallions, with a smear of spicy chili paste and topped spicy miso powder.
Shoyu Ramen
A chicken broth with a soy sauce base. Toppings: a slice of grilled pork chashu, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, Yu choy, julienned green onions, and roasted seaweed.
Veggie Ramen
Our vegetable ramen option is a soy bean broth with a light garlic and onion base. Toppings tomatoes, wood ear mushrooms, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, Yu choy, and julienned green onions.
Tom Yum Seafood Ramen
A flavorful broth with a tom yum base. Toppings: shrimp, crabstick, mussel, cilantro, jalapeΓ±o, and julienned green onions.
