Strawberry, Milk Chocolate, Merlot Roast: Light Process: Natural Origin: Bombe, Sidama, Ethiopia Elevation: 1910-2010 MASL Cultivar: Ethiopia Heirloom Mothership is grown and harvested in Bombe, Sidama, a place known for its rich vegetation and climate. The coffee is produced by local farmers and processed at the Qonqana washing station, named for a river that passes through the area. The washing station was the first and largest built by Daye Bensa Coffee, a company run by brothers Asefa and Mulugeta Dukamo that has built numerous mills in the Sidamo region and also exports and grows coffee. Mill owners, Daye Bensa, make use of environmentally friendly depulping and pressurized sorting machinery. They also compost and have a dedicated waste water treatment. Being one of the first in the area, the washing station is often referred to as “The Mother Station” by locals.

Presenting Donut Engineering 101 at our Limestone location on Thursday July 20th! ???? You can hang out and dive into the world of an illustrious Donut Engineer. You’ll be making delicious donuts with the help of North Lime owner, Joe, and a professional donut engineer! There are only 8 tickets available, so grab some for you and a friend, a date, your long lost great aunt Ethel, or fly solo! What you will get to do: -prepare yeast donuts -prepare cake donuts -top with various prepared icings (e.g. chocolate, buttercream, glaze) -top with various toppings (e.g. sprinkles, oreos, graham crackers) You will receive a complimentary drink, a North Lime apron, and leave with a dozen donuts made by you! Participants younger than 18 may not be eligible for all tasks in the kitchen.
