Unk loves potatoes and onions on his burgers so, this is what he came up with and it is simply hearty, and GOOD! This has grilled onions, pepper Jack cheese, hash brown, and an onion ring on top this is it! you can choose another cheese if you so choos.

Hot-head Nephew Burger

Spicy. Served with 1 habanero pepper cooked inside the patty. For more heat, you can add ghost-pepper or maybe an additional patty, either way, you can turn up the heat if you dare. Just ask, we got you! a score of 7 on a spicy scale of 1-10.

Double Hot-head Unk Burger

Spicy. Served with 2 habanero peppers cooked inside the patty and topped with ghost pepper cheese. CURRENTLTY OUT OF GHOST PEPPER CHEESE - please choose another cheese if you like! For those who dare, you can get double the trouble. Just ask, we got you! A score of 10 on a spicy scale of 1-10.

Turkey burger with egg white and bacon. this delicious burger is named after My Beloved daughter Jaye….she really tries to eat healthily during gymnastics season, but it’s hard to do with the Unk burger within her grasp so she decided to eat a Turkey burger the way she eats the beef burger. you will definitely enjoy this burger and yes you can have the yolk if you want it! runny or hard for your egg.
