Smooth cold brew coffee available in 8 oz, 12 oz, or 16 oz sizes.

Americano

Espresso diluted with hot water, in sizes 8 oz, 12 oz, 16 oz, or quad.

Drip Coffee

Drip coffee, available in 8, 12, or 16 oz.

Ice Tea

Refreshing cold tea offering in 12 oz, 16 oz, or 20 oz sizes. Choose from Hibiscus Lime, Tropical Black (mango and pineapple), Citrus Green, or Honeybush Lemon. All teas are unsweetened. Please indicate in the notes if you would like it sweetened.

Cafe Au Lait

Hpt or iced Matcha latte (our matcha does not have any sugar).

Mexi Cold Brew

Cold brew with made in house Mocha Chili Syrup. Choose from 12oz, 16oz, or 20oz.

Italian Soda

Italian soda available in 8 oz, 12 oz, and 16 oz sizes.

Cortado

Cortado with size options of 8 oz, 12 oz, or 16 oz.

Hot Tea

Hot tea in various sizes: 8 oz, 12 oz, 16 oz.

Cappuccino

Cappuccino with choice of 8 oz, 12 oz, or 16 oz.

Chai Latte

Hot or iced chai tea latte.

Bagel

Plain or everything with cream cheese. Add extras for an additional charge.

Avocado Toast

Feta cheese, pickled red onion, charred lemon, and Aleppo pepper on sourdough bread. Add an egg, bacon and/or smoked salmon for an additional charge.

Berry Parfait

Plain Greek yogurt, homemade granola, assorted fruit, and strawberry jam.

Core Burger

Grass-fed beef patty, mustard, ketchup, cheddar cheese, tomato, green leaf lettuce, onion, and pickles on a brioche bun. Sub black bean burger.

Chipotle Grilled Cheese With Bacon Sandwich Lunch

Chipotle mayo, Cheddar cheese, bacon, and ranch on Texas toast.

Blt Sandwich

Bacon, lettuce, and tomato on wheat bread with chipotle mayo. Add avocado or egg for an additional charge.

Turkey And Swiss Croissant Sandwich Lunch

Oven roasted Turkey, Swiss cheese, tomato, pesto, and green leaf lettuce on a croissant.

English Muffin Sandwich

Egg,, cheddar, sausage, and arugula on English muffin. Choice of strawberry jam or chipotle mayo.

Breakfast Sandwich

Egg, Cheddar, arugula, and chipotle mayo on white or wheat bread. Breakfast sandwich on a bagel for an additional charge. Add avocado and bacon for an additional charge.

Core Breakfast

2 eggs (style of your choice), bacon or sausage, breakfast potatoes and toast with jam.
