Classic Burger

Pig Mac
This burger masterpiece features TWO big, 6.5 ounce dry-aged beef burger patties. With a wink and nod to it's eponym we top this burger with American cheese, lettuce, dill pickle, and Q sauce. Q sauce is our secret sauce! Pulled Pork Pigwich
Our signature sandwich! Pulled pork topped with melted provolone cheese, BBQ sauce, slaw, chipotle sauce, scallions and fresh cilantro all on a toasted bun.
Pork Brisket
Smoked pork brisket is our signature BBQ item at Pigwich! This sandwich is loaded with a generous portion of meat topped with melted cheddar cheese, our custom blend BBQ sauce, fried onions and housemade dill pickles all on a toasted bun.
Jalapeno Popper
A fun twist on BBQ, our Jalapeno Popper features smoked pork brisket topped with melted pepperjack cheese, bacon jam, sriracha aioli, fried onions and sweet jalapeno pickles, all on a fresh toasted bun.
Mixed Plate Hoagie
A big BBQ sandwich to hit that craving! We stack this hoagie with 2 full-size portions of meat - our signature smoked pork brisket and a smoked jalapeno sausage link. Topped with our custom blend KC style BBQ sauce and a creamy Q sauce and finished with crunchy fried onions

Cheesesteak
This is a BIG cheesesteak with 10 ounces of beef, provolone, pepperjack AND American cheeses! Served on a freshly toasted hoagie roll with sauteed poblano peppers and onions, a light drizzle of ranch and smoked red onion pickles.
Cuban Sandwich
Our take on the classic Cubano sandwich! We fill this big sandwich up with pulled pork, sliced pork brisket, two slices of Swiss cheese, housemade dill pickles, mustard and a touch of mayo. All on freshly toasted hoagie roll. Please note our version of the Cuban is NOT pressed.
Banh Mi
Our take on a Vietnamese classic. A toasted hoagie roll is slathered with sriracha aioli then filled with our spicy pork sausage and cucumber slaw and finally drizzled with coconut caramel and a dash of fresh cilantro.
Tomato & Cheese Sandwich
A big, tasty veggie sandwich featuring local Hemme Brothers cheese curds melted with sauteed poblano peppers and onions, sliced tomatoes, fresh arugula, garlic mayo and olive tapenade spread, all served on a freshly toasted hoagie roll.
Big Pig
This one is BIG! We start with a full-size fried chicken patty and top it with a full portion of smokey pulled pork. After this double load of meat we add provolone, pepperjack AND American cheese and finish it with spicy nduja spread, jalapeno pickles, housemade ranch and custom blend BBQ sauce.
Bltgq
Our take on the classic BLT features dry-cured pepper bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, Gouda cheese and Q sauce. A delicious sandwich and a nod of solidarity to those in the community.
Falafel Sandwich
A big, savory falafel patty served on a bun! We dress our vegetarian falafel sandwich with truffle aioli, tomato jam, fresh tomatoes and arugula, jalapeno pickles and tomato jam. If you leave the truffle aioli off, this sandwich is vegan.

We take pride in using antibiotic free chicken from local farms to make our ground chicken patty! Seasoned and breaded in cornflakes and panko, then fried to golden perfection. This sandwich is dressed with a generous portion of housemade honey mustard, freshly sliced tomatoes and crispy lettuce, all on a toasted bun.
Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich
We take pride in using antibiotic free chicken from local farms to make our ground chicken patties! Breaded in a mixture of cornflakes and panko then seasoned with a spicy Nashville Chicken dry seasoning blend. This sandwich is dressed with a creamy garlic mayo, crunchy lettuce and fresh tomatoes all on a toasted bun.
Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
We start free range chicken, antibiotic free, locally raised chicken to make a ground chicken patty. Seasoned and coated in corn flakes and panko then covered in buffalo-style hot sauce and topped with ranch, green onions, and celery slaw, all served on a fresh toasted bun.
