Trails Cafe has been a part of the Holton community for more than 40 years & is known for home style food and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Home-cooked smells, laughter, soft upbeat music, familiar faces, friendly service AND delicious food is what you will find at Trails Cafe. Our #1 Best Seller, hands down, is our Chicken Fried Steak and we've even been voted Best Steaks and Best Family Eatery in NE Kansas. Some of our local favs include Hot Beef Sandwiches, Fried Chicken Salad, Home Made Soups & Chili, and Home Made Desserts: Oooey Goooey Brownies Ala Mode are out of this world! Broasted Chicken is also a well known item. It is pressure cooked to make it moist and juicy. It takes awhile but it's worth the wait.
