Baby Back Ribs
About 6-8 Ribs per pound. Small and very lean pork ribs, seasoned with Rudy’s Rub and smoked for approximately 1 hour.

Turkey Breast is rubbed with salad dressing, seasoned with a rosemary sage spice and smoked for approximately 1½ hours.
Pulled Pork
Shredded pork that has been smoked and mixed with our tangy Mustard Au Jus sauce.
Smoked Potato
A full pound potato seasoned with Rudy’s Rub, smoked, and served with your choice of whipped butter, sour cream, and cheese. You can add 3.0 oz. sliced or chopped meat for $4.
Two Meat Smoked Potato
A full pound potato seasoned with Rudy’s Rub, smoked, and served with your choice of two meats, whipped butter, sour cream, and cheese.
1/2 Chicken
A 3 pound chicken, rubbed with salad dressing and seasoned with Rudy’s Rub which is then smoked for approximately 1½ hours. Served on the bone with each half cut into four pieces.
Pork Loin
Same cut as pork chops, but without the bone. Seasoned with Rudy’s Rub and smoked for approximately 1½ hours. Served thinly sliced.
Rudy's Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage
A whole German sausage link consisting of half beef and half pork with spices, jalapeños, and cheddar cheese added to it.

A whole German sausage link consisting of half beef and half pork.

Rudy's Beans
Rudy's Beans are spicy pinto beans cooked with chopped brisket, Rudy’s Original BBQ "Sause," and Rudy’s Rub.
Cream Corn
Fresh, whole-kernel corn with heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, sugar and other special seasonings – made in-house from scratch.
New Potatoes
Red potatoes boiled in salt water and served with or without melted butter.
Corn On The Cob
Grade A corn on the cob, served with or without melted butter.
Three Bean Salad
A mixture of green, kidney and Garbanzo beans in a sweet relish dressing.
Chips
Small bag of chips of your choice.
Cole Slaw
Chopped green cabbage, and carrots, mixed with a sweet creamy slaw dressing.
Green Chile Stew
Hot and flavorful chicken base stew consisting of mild green chiles, onions, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, chopped brisket, and special seasonings – not very spicy.
