Vanilla doesn't have to mean ordinary. On a graham crust we add our smooth and velvety cheesecake flavored with vanilla bean, then top it in a pillowey cap of vanilla bean mousse.

A chocolate crust starts this one off, then we add the most scrumptious chocolate mousse you'll ever taste, creamy and rich and oh so chocolaty. As if that weren't enough, we add another layer of dark chocolate on top and accentuate it all with milk chocolate.
