Li Veli Primitivo, Apulia

Tenuta Tascante Nerello Mascalese
Ghiaia Nera is Tenuta Tascante’s demonstration of the possibilities for Nerello Mascalese from black volcanic soils. The name means “black gravel,” which describes the volcanic soil of the vineyard Subtle aromas of orange peel, cherries, and dried flowers follow through to a medium body, fine tannins and a refined, subtle finish. Aged in 25hl oak cask for 12 months.

Poggio Al Tufo Cabernet Sauvingnon
Poggio al Tufo Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine with an exuberant and decisive character that clearly reflects the Tuscan coastal terroir from which the grapes are sourced. The Rompicollo vineyard is located in the town of Pitigliano and benefits from a Southern exposure and volcanic soil rich in tufo, a particular type of volcanic rock, which lends a marked minerality to the wine.

Tanned leather, plums, black cherries and tons of fresh pepper you could almost sneeze show on the nose of this wine. These aromas open onto a cherry-chocolate palate, with metallic flecks of iron-rich soil pointed up by bright acid and thick, sturdy tannins.

Cantina Lavis Sauvignon Blanc
The Pinot Grigio has been grown in Trentino for decades. The foothill and valley vineyards of Lavis and Gardolo, with their sandy loam soils of Avisio river deposits and alluvial sediments from the Adige, provide the perfect growing environment for Pinot Grigio.The wine possesses an intense golden yellow color, with a warm, inviting bouquet rich in scents of ripe fruits and honey. It has a distinctive rich minerality, with a long and fruity aftertaste.

Pale straw yellow color with fresh floral, citrus and melon aromas with almond hints. An unoaked, dry, medium bodied white wine with crisp acidity, the Arneis is a well-balanced, elegant wine with good complexity and a lingering finish.
La Valentina Pecorino, Abruzzo
Delicate aromas of lemon zest and melon rind are amped up by crushed stone and chamomile in this easygoing white. It's light in feel on the palate, with brisk acidity pushing along the fruit flavors. It ends on a salty, savory note.
Adami "vigneto Giardino" Prosecco Brut
Adami’s Vigneto Giardino was the first single-vineyard Prosecco ever made, in 1933, showing the potential of top-tier vineyards to make unique wines at a time when it was standard practice to blend together several different vineyards. Vigneto Giardino—literally Garden Vineyard—was the family’s first vineyard, purchased in 1920. In a natural amphitheater facing southwest, the vineyard has an excellent position for high-quality grapes. Adami uses cuttings from this vineyard in its replanting program.
Alois Lageder Pinot Grigio
Pinot Grigio, also called Grauburgunder or Pinot Gris, is currently the most commonly cultivated white wine variety in Alto Adige. The sites subject to Mediterranean influences around Magrè and Salorno have predominantly chalky soils with a high sand and gravel content and are perfect for cultivating this grape variety from the noble Pinot family.
