6. Spicy Tantan Ramen
Spicy. Chicken broth with silky, rich sesame paste topped with spicy ground pork, baby bok choy, bean sprout, scallion and chili oil.
2. Tokyo Ramen
Clear chicken broth blend and bonito broth with blend soy sauce, topped with pork chashu, bean sprouts, menma seasoned bamboo, seasoned egg, fish cake, nori dried seaweed, scallion and niboshi oil.
5. Kaisen Ramen
Clear chicken broth blend with clam broth with blend salt, topped with calamari, shrimp, crab sticks, baby scallops, cabbage, fish cake, seasoned egg, scallion and dried scallop oil.
8. Shoyu Ramen
Clear chicken, bonito, and dashi broth with blend soy sauce and topped with pork chashu, kikurage mushroom, menma, fish cake, bean sprouts, scallions, cilantro, sesame, onion chips, fresh garlic, and niboshi oil.

Signature Spicy Garlic Tonkotsu
Creamy pork broth with blend soy sauce. Topped with pork chashu, sesame kikurage mushroom, seasoned egg, scallion, and dry nori seaweed. In addition to three different kinds of pepper, homemade chili paste, chopped garlic, garlic chips, and black garlic oil. May be too spicy for some! Not recommended unless for a little spicy challenge.
4. Miso Ramen
Blend broth with homemade miso paste, topped with cabbage, bean sprouts, pork chashu, kikurage mushroom, sweet corn and scallion.

7. Vegetable Ramen

Signature Spicy Yuzu Shio Ramen
Clear chicken and bonito broth with chicken chashu, spicy yuzu paste, yuzu juice, blend salt , chopped jalapeรฑos, cilantro, bean sprouts, cabbage, scallions, seasoned egg, fresh garlic, and homemade chili paste.
