Phoenix's "fuego" Dog

Fried hot dog, wrapped in bacon, in a New England bun, and topped with chorizo, cilantro, queso fresco, avocado, onions, tomatoes, baby cactus and smothered with our house made chipotle mustard. It has just the right kick.
