Artisinal Birria / Quesabirria Tacos
Chuck roll beef marinated with toasted, dried chiles, special seasonings, and beer. Then, wrapped with banana leaves and slowly, oven cooked for 6 hours. Served on your choice of corn or flour tortillas and a side of consommé (beef broth) to sip or dip. Add cheese and make it a "Quesabirria.".
