Finnriver Dry Hopped (500ml)

6.5% ABV, A crisp, refreshing cider featuring the floral and citrus flavors of Cascade hops. Dry, bright and grassy with grapefruit and pine notes. A cider tribute to the Northwest IPA.

Sauvignon Blanc, Blanco Nieva (750 Ml)

The grapes were picked by hand at night. Once in the cellar, they were cold-macerated and pressed in an inert atmosphere. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out at a low temperature for a significant amount of time, in order to maximize the expression of the varietal characteristics

Pol Clement Brut (375ml)

Delicate aromas of fruit and white flowers, with nuances of toasted bread and dried fruit. An elegant and fresh wine with a good support of acidity. A fine bouquet with hints of apple and citrus fruit carry through to the palate and there is balanced but mouth-tingling acidity which enhances the lingering finish.

Chardonnay, Bistue (750 Ml)

Aromas of apple, peach and stone fruit with mild notes of almonds and oak. Intense and full bodied. Vibrant and well-balanced acidity with mature and crisp tannins in a long and refreshing finish.

Fleour De Mer Cotes Du Provence Rose 2019 (375ml)

Beautifully balanced with bright fruit notes and crisp acidity. Delicate aromas of fresh watermelon and cherry give way to a complex, refreshing palate. Layers of red berries and subtle citrus are complemented by a softly textured middle and a fine, cleansing, mineral finish.

Alvarado Street 7th Anniversary Wc Ipa (16oz)

7% ABV, This year’s Anniversary IPA is pure West Coast hop nectar, double dry hopped with a blend of classic Northwest hops like Centennial & CTZ and fortified by lots of Simcoe and some Citra, Mosaic & Ekuanot lupulin cryo powder for tropical dank vibes. It’s bitter (but balanced), dry, pale and bright. Cheers to 7 years of IPA!

Alvarado St Mai Tai Pa (16oz)

6.5% ABV, “tropical” IPA that’s light on bitterness, but heavy on hop aroma, courtesy of 100% Mosaic hops. One whiff and you get super intense notes of passion fruit, mango, and lychee. Grain bill of just American two-row malt and a clean fermentation keep it simple and allow these hops to shine.

Crux Gimme Mo (16oz)

6.2% ABV, A slightly sweet, lower ABV, IPA providing welcome relief from the onslaught of bitter hop bombs out there. Its complex aromatic layers, suggest mango, melon, pine and berries, which are driven by whole-leaf Mosaic and Citra hops

8.0% ABV, Sour Double IPA with Passionfruit, Raspberry, Black Currant & Mango, with a touch of vanilla & milk sugar. Collaboration with our friends Homes Brewing out of Ann Arbor, Michigan!

Alvarado Mind Drip (474ml)

8.0% ABV, Sour & Fruited Hazy Double IPA, loaded with Simcoe, Strata & NZ Waimea hops, and carefully layered a blend of tropical fruits (Mango, Passionfruit) along with red & dark berries (Raspberry & Black Currant). There’s a touch of milk sugar and vanilla to round out the acidity & intense hopping rate to provide balance. It really provides the best of both worlds; acidity and massive fruit character to those who enjoy sour beers with a dank / oily background and fluffy texture for hazy IPA lovers to embrace.

Alvarado Citraveza (474ml)

4.8% ABV, This is a hoppy Mexican lager, inspired by a San Diego garage homebrew recipe from 2011. Bitterness is light and crisp, but hop aroma & flavor are front and center. We overuse the word "tropical", but there's really no better way to describe Citraveza, as the interaction between the lager yeast and these hops make for a truly unique beer.

Schneider Weisse Aventinus (500ml)

8.2% ABV, Weizenbock. Dark-ruby colored wheat doppelbock with a creamy fine head. Strong notes of ripe bananas, raisins and plums meet liquorice and roasty aromes. Full-bodied and warming, with a well-balanced and smooth finish.

Alvarado Xpa (474ml)

5.5% ABV, Our Extra Pale Ale is defined by a fruit-forward aroma & flavor profile lended by the use of Australian & New Zealand hops. Backed with a low-moderate bitterness, it is balanced with a low final gravity to finish dry & crisp on the palate. Pours a radiant straw yellow with brilliant clarity.

N A Beer

Nogne O Himla Humla (330ml)

0% ABV, A rich, hazy and alcohol free pale ale. Vast amounts of Cascade, Vic Secret and Citra hops have been added late in the brewing process and in dry hopping. To contain proteins and give the final beer a nice mouth feel, this beer was not boiled during the brewing process

5.5% ABV This fruit combination was too good to pass up. Naval Orange is sweeter and more lemonade-like than its counterpart, blending blending perfectly with the citrus punch of the Yuzu lime to give you all the refreshing quench you crave.

8.5% ABV, ASB teamed up with their friends from Garage Project in New Zealand to produce this Hazy Double IPA infused with unparalleled levels of terroir driven hop character. MMMM southern hemisphere hops.

Alvarado St. Nostalgic Face Swap (475ml)

5.5% ABV, Collaboration with Cellarmaker Brewing Company, Cloudburst Brewing, Faction Brewing, Pinthouse Brewing. MORE PALE ALE PLZ – For the breweries we’ve worked with on this beer, there are two quasi-obsessions: Pale Ale & Simcoe. We all adore these two things, and it would be egregious to not brew a collaborative Pale Ale dominated with three different lots of Simcoe T90 pellets, Simcoe ‘301’ fresh hop cryo, and Simcoe 702 hop extract. The twist: a lil’ bit of exemplary HBC 586 hops to compliment said Simcoe. So there you have it, an easy drinking Simcoe heavy Pale Ale to celebrate 10 years of BURP HOPS!

Alvarado St. Southern Hemi (475ml)

8.5% ABV, A Hazy Double IPA is one of our most ambitious Southern Hemisphere hop showcases to date. It features eight different lots of five different hop varieties sourced from four different growers. Together, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, Waimea, NZ Cascade and Manalita deliver an immersive tropical diesel and sweet fruit experience that borders on overwhelming. And that is just the nose. Once all of those hop oils light off in your mouth, there is nothing left to do but hold on tight and let the blur of spicy passionfruit, mango creamsicles, pineapple infused Sauv Blanc, sticky flower, and fresh squeezed orange juice pin you to your sea. A beer dry hopped with nearly 426 lbs of hops (see what we did there) shouldn’t be this easy to drink, but trust us- this hard charging elephant is made of pure velvet.

Almanac Love Hazy Ipa (474ml)

6.1% ABV. LOVE is bursting with hoppy tropical flavors. Built on a simple base of Pilsner malt and rolled oats, this super dank IPA has a pillowy mouthfeel and is double dry-hopped with Mosaic, Citra and Sabro. Flavors of mango, cantaloupe, and citrus will keep you infatuated.

Alvarado St. Paloma Pizzazz (474ml)

8% ABV. Fruited Sour with rich sweetness of agave, the zesty kick of lime and the vibrant, penetrating bite of grapefruit all dance together on an invigorating raft of bubbles. It's a genuine cocktail-like drinking experience in beer form!

Alvarado St. Retro Resin (475ml)

7% ABV, Collaboration with Altamont, Burgeon, North Park, Shred Beer, Urban Roots, and Smokehouse Brewing. Some of California’s most prolific hop specialists together created this special WC IPA.

7% ABV, Our popular blend of tart cherry and honey ciders made using local Collett's Humboldt Honey. The sweetness of local honey balances the tartness of Montmorency and Morello cherries. Notes of wildflower change ever so slightly with the bees' seasonal pollination sources.

Humboldt Ciders Friends With Benefits (475ml)

Humboldt Cider's house blend apple cider dry-hopped with Citra and Simcoe hops. Crisp, dry, refreshing mouthfeel combines with the aroma of tropical, floral Citra hops and earth, tannic Simcoe hops

Perry Miłosławski (500ml)

4.5% ABV. Traditional Polish beverage made from fermented pear juice. The semi-sweet Perry Miloslawski has an exceptionally mild flavor which comes from local pears ripening in Polish orchards. The cider is light, sweet and sour, pleasantly effervescent and has a captivating aroma.

Great Notion Bubbs Blueberry (475ml)

5.5% ABV, This batch of Bubbs Blueberry gets paired up with Oregon Blueberry and Sicilian Lemon, one of the coolest citrus flavors ever for hard seltzer refreshment. It's just better with a Bubbs. Show Less
