Bibimbop is a traditional Korean dish but with a healthier take on it. Instead of having mostly rice, we made it into a salad with hot rice and delicious Spicy Korean Pork. Inside you have a veggie mix (lettuce and cabbage), kimchi, onion, spinach, sprouts, zucchini, mushroom, hard-boiled egg, carrots, cucumber, pickled radish, and beets.
