Chimichanga Dinner

Your choice between bean & cheese, red chile beef, green chile beef, machaca beef, shredded chicken, seasoned ground beef, shredded pork, steak asada or pollo asada chimichanga with sour cream & guacamole, served with rice and beans.

Burro Dinner

Your choice between bean & cheese, red or green chile beef, machaca beef, shredded chicken, seasoned ground beef, shredded pork burrito, steak asada or pollo asada served enchilada style with rice and beans.

Serrano's Special Quesadilla

Your Choice of machaca, seasoned ground beef, shredded chicken or shredded pork inside a folded grilled tortilla, served with guacamole and seasoned sour cream.

Pollo Fundido

A deep-fried burro filled with diced chicken breast and sautéed onions, tomatoes, green chile, and spices covered with fundido sauce (spicy cream cheese and jalapeño) served rice and beans.

Machaca

Shredded beef, chicken, or pork sautéed with green chile, tomatoes, and onions, served with rice, beans, and flour tortillas.

Chile Con Carne

Lean diced beef prepared with our special red or green chile sauce, served with rice, beans, and flour tortillas.

Burro And Cheese Enchilada

Red or green chile burro and cheese enchilada, served with rice and beans. Add machaca or shredded chicken to enchilada for an additional charge.

Breakfast Burrito

Scrambled eggs mixed with your choice of chorizo, machaca, shredded pork, or ground beef, plus fried potatoes and cheese all wrapped up in a large flour tortilla. Add asada steak or chicken for an additional charge.

Beef taco, cheese enchilada, and bean tostada.

Chile Relleno

Whole green chile stuffed with cheese, prepared with egg batter, topped with green chile sauce and melted cheese, served with rice and beans and flour tortillas. Add steak or chicken, shrimp, machaca, or shredded chicken for an additional charge.
