Okonomiyaki Chibo Restaurant

We are famous for our Osaka style Okonomiyaki, which is basically a "pancake" made of flour, egg, cabbage filled with ingredients of your choice. Once cooked, the okonomiyaki is topped off with okonomiyaki sauce (like a Japanese version of plum sauce), a mayonnaise sauce, seaweed powder and bonito flakes. We also specialize in teppanyaki(hibachi) grilled steaks, seafood and chicken. Want to try our version of a local favorite, the Locomoco? Chibo is perfect. Available on our lunch menu, it is a hamburger patty on a bed of rice with sautéed onions and mushroom topped with a scrumptious gravy and finished with a sunny side up egg. Live lobster is available as either sashimi or cooked on the teppan grill. A great selection of wines is available to compliment your meal. We have a good selection of Japanese whiskeys and shochu and sake as well.
