The secret to our noodles is its freshness. Our noodles are made fresh daily at our own noodle factory and we do not use frozen, dehydrated or imported noodle products. Shiro's also serves a myriad of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. All our entrees are made the "old-fashioned" way - the way grandma use to make it.
