During my last pregnancy, my husband fulfilled my cheese cravings with this gourmet version of something I never cared for - grilled cheese. Now it's my favorite! Then we add a combination of delectable cheeses ranging from Swiss, gouda, cheddar, Havarti, provolone, etc. Topped with a spicy sauce or savory mayonnaise and then fresh sprouts or microgreens!
