New Chiang Mai is a family owned and operated restaurant that has been in business since 2007. We strive to create excellent authentic Northern style Thai favorites, and interesting new Thai-American creations. We are committed to making the best quality food with the best ingredients we can find; We also buy all of our fresh vegetables daily from the local farmers market here in Hilo.Our extensive menu offers a wide selection of dishes ranging from traditional to modern recipes, appealing to all tastes.  Diners can request entrees made vegetarian-style or with any of our fresh meats.
