1/2 lb smoked pulled pork with your choice of two sides, sliced bread, and BBQ on the side.

Smoked Chicken Plate

Half chicken served with your choice of two sides, sliced bread, and BBQ sauce on the side.

Ribs

Add ribs, bread and rack for an additional charge.

Brisket

Brisket, choose between half or full pound. Sauce options include mild, hot, Carolina vinegar, sweet heat, or Carolina gold.

Add Texas toast for an additional charge.

Smoked chicken, available in half or whole portions. Choose from five sauces: mild, hot, Carolina vinegar, sweet heat, Carolina gold.

1/4 lb of smoked pulled pork topped with dill pickles and BBQ sauce on the side.

Brisket Sandwich

1/4 lb of sliced brisket topped with dill pickles and BBQ sauce on the side.

Pressed Brisket

A pressed sandwich made with Swiss cheese, horseradish mayo, and smoked brisket sliced to order. Pressed sandwiches may take longer when busy.

Red Neck Cuban Sandwich

A pressed sandwich made with mustard, Swiss cheese, pickles, ham, and our smoked pulled pork marinated with mojo. Pressed sandwiches may take longer when busy.

Memphis-style Pulled Pork

1/4 lb pulled pork sandwich topped with BBQ sauce and a scoop of our fresh cole slaw.
