Beef Empanada

The cows have come home with this empanada! Packed with carne molida, fresh Pico de Gallo, and a mix of cheeses, it is a great starter to for fiesta. We serve it with our popular avocado ranch dressing.

Pork Empanada

Two empanadas with plenty of pulled, slow-smoked pork from Florida's own 4 Rivers Smokehouse. The tangy pork is finished with grilled onions, black beans and the perfect touch of cilantro. Served with house-made tomatillo ranch dipping sauce.

Chips & Guac

Lime-seasoned tortilla chips served with ultra-fresh guacamole made from nothing but Hass avocado, tomato, jalapeño, yellow onion, and a pinch of fresh cilantro. Topped with a sprinkle of cotija cheese and finished off with pickled red onion.

Chips & Queso

Served with tortilla chips dusted with our signature seasoning and loads of our signature gooey queso. Cheesalicious!

Flautas

These flautas are so addictive, they should be illegal! They’re made with our famous blend of cheese, grilled pulled chicken and fresh corn and black bean salsa. You’ll dream of the flavor all night and drool over the avocado ranch we serve it with.

Fresh tortilla chips smothered with refried beans, melted jack and cheddar cheese and jalapenos. Served with pico de gallo salsa, lettuce, sour cream and our homemade guacamole.

Regular Dilla

Your choice of chicken or ground beef with homemade refried beans and melted jack and cheddar cheese between one whole fresh flour tortilla, folded in half. Served with a side of sour cream. It's so dang good!

Bbq Shrimp

We saute fresh shrimp and bacon in our signature black pepper guava barbeque sauce, then add a delicious, spicy mix of fresh jalapenos, pico de gallo, onion, and cheddar and chihuahua cheeses. Served with zesty tomatillo ranch sauce for dipping.

Grande Dilla

Your choice of chicken or ground beef with homemade refried beans and melted jack and cheddar cheese between two whole fresh flour tortillas. Served with a side of sour cream. It's so dang good!

Queso

Bursting with tasty ground beef and a big dollop of fresh queso. We add citrus jasmine rice, creamy black beans, pickled jalapenos for some spice and lime crema to cool it down. A bit of crunch corn tortilla crumbs is our not-so-secret ingredient to finish it all off.

Porkito

You loved our pork tacos so much, we launched the Porkito! This is 4 Rivers smoked pork paired with citrus jasmine rice, black beans, shredded cabbage, fresh chopped bacon, pickled red onions and a touch of cilantro. We then smother it with a flavorful mix of our house-made black pepper guava BBQ sauce and tomatillo ranch. So many flavors!

Soflo

This bowl puts the "FRESH" in Lime Fresh! Made with our signature rice, grilled chicken, house made salsa verde, Pico de Gallo, Corn/Bean Salsa, romaine, our house made pickled veggies and then topped off with cilantro and tortilla strips. Make it vegetarian and have it with Tofu.

A soft flour, soft corn, crispy corn or wheat taco shell with your choice of chicken or ground beef, shredded lettuce, jack and cheddar cheese, sour cream and pico de gallo salsa.
