Split yellow peas made with onion, garlic, ginger, and turmeric. Mild.

Lentil Samosa

2 triangles shaped pastry shells stuffed with lentil, onion, jalapeno, and herbs, lightly deep-fried in vegetable oil. Served with a side of homemade special hot sauce.

Meat Samosa

2 triangles shaped pastry shells stuffed with minced beef or chicken, onion, jalapeno, and fine herbs, lightly deep-fried in vegetable oil. Served with a side of homemade special hot sauce.
