Our famous purple churros - Ube (oo-bae) is a vibrant purple yam used in many Hawaiian desserts - it has a naturally sweet, slightly nutty, vanilla flavor.Ube-dusted churros topped with a delicious salted coconut ube sauce and black sesame. Churro dough contains dairy, wheat, and egg.
