While offering a menu that is entirely gluten-free with vegan options too, Bayou By You serves delicious, authentic Creole and Cajun classics and family favorites – all made from scratch, including imported seafood and meats from Louisiana, by proprietors J.D. and Tricia O'Reilly (natives of New Orleans who moved to Arizona after being displaced by Hurricane Katrina). Originally operating out of a food trailer in Flagstaff, they now offer casual counter service at their “mom & pop†restaurant in nearby Williams, Arizona!
