Formerly Stage Left Deli... now family owned and operated Aspen Deli, we stand true to the standards that were set with serving only the best possible food and freshest ingredients available. Each sandwich is handcrafted just as ordered and is sure to tempt the taste buds of any palate. From our sandwiches, salads, soups and sweets, we ensure that our ingredients meet a high standard of quality that can be trusted and you will crave! Our breads are baked and brought in fresh daily from the Village Baker. Tortillas for wraps and breakfast burritos come from the local Tortilla Lady. Our meats are GMO free.
