Four corn tortillas folded in half with mozzarella cheese and dipped in our green tomatillo or red guajillo salsa. Casuela Tolteca

Huarache Tolteca 12" Inches

The sopes bigger brother!! Almost like a Mexican pizza, its topped with refried beans, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, sour cream and crumbled Mexican cheese. Comes garnished with a pair of grilled cambray onions and Mexican cactus. Your choice of protein or seasonal veggies. Salsa on the side.

Costillas De Puerco Con Nopales

Pork ribs sautéed with mexican cactus, grilled onions, and green tomatillo or red guajillo salsa. Served with rice, beans, and tortillas.
