We place great emphasis on fast, pleasant and efficient service of the finest food in a family atmosphere. If anything is overloooked, neglected or in short supply, we would like you to bring it to our attention. Excellence in all areas of our restaurant, for the benefit of our customers is our constant goal. Our delicious house dressings and sauces are prepared daily--many from our own secret family recipes which were brought to the United States from Palermo, Sicily by my Mother. Salad greens are prepared daily to assure freshness and crispness. Although it does not come from our busy kitchen, the bread we serve is baked fresh daily. We use only the finest quaility ingredients to achieve our delicious flavors. Each dinner is prepared to order. We do not use a deep fryer or monosodium glutamate (MSG).
