3 Way Combo

Choose three of the following meats: pulled pork, pulled chicken, 1/2 chicken, sausage, brisket, burnt ends, wings, and 1/4 rack of ribs. Comes with your choice of 3 side items. Additional charges may apply for some selections.

Combo Plate

Pick two of any plate items and choice of two sides. Add brisket or double brisket for an additional charge.

Smoked Sliced Angus Brisket Plate

We use prime Angus brisket. Our briskets are hand rubbed with our signature rub then slow smoked up to 12 hrs using a combination of hickory and cherry wood.

Pulled Chicken Plate

Slow smoked dark chicken meat topped with our Georgia sweet sauce.

Burnt End Plate

Brisket caps trimmed and triple smoked til they melt in your mouth. We finish the morsels off with a drizzle of our Kansas city sauce, and cotija cheese.

Smoked Half Chicken

Hickory and cherry smoked half chicken rubbed with our own sweet mustard glue and finished with our signature rub.

Award Winning Pulled Pork Plate

Pork is rubbed with our signature rub and slow smoked using a combination of hickory and cherry wood. Try it with our Carolina red pepper sauce.

Spicy Smoked Sausage Plate

Our specialty sausage smoked with hickory and cherry wood.

Smugglers 1/4 Rack Plate

Slow smoked and basted with our smugglers q sauce to create a wonderful flavor.

Half Rack Baby Back Ribs

Full Rack Baby Ribs

Smokehouse Double Cheeseburger

Angie's Loaded Fries

Our house fries topped with warm white queso, diced sweet onions, fresh diced jalapeños, award winning pork, cotija cheese, and drizzled with our chipotle sour cream. Served with our homemade salsa.

Smoked Fish Dip

Not the same ol fish dip! We use fresh local fish and add our smoke and lots of flavor. Served with warm tortilla chips ** check availability** spicy or key west blend.

Chicken Wings

Rubbed with our pork seasoning and tossed with Georgia Sweet Q sauce and slow smoked to perfection.

Bucket Of Bones

Our house fries paired with our smoked wings and a 1/4 rack of our baby back ribs.

Bacon Hush Puppies

Our twist on a southern style puppies. Bacon bits and our own special spice blend. Choice of dipping sauces: mango jalapeño, BBQ ranch, chipotle tarter, or any of our Q sauces.

Smoked Street Tacos

Two soft corn tortillas filled with choice of pulled pork, or pulled chicken and topped with pico, cotija cheese, and a drizzle of our chipotle sour cream, served with a side of of homemade salsa.
