Beef Rib Dinner

Our pound and a half of huge 8-hour beef ribs are the perfect way to satisfy your carnivorous cravings. These ribs are slow-smoked over wood for 8 hours, until they are fall-off-the-bone tender and juicy. The meat is then coated in our own homemade sweet BBQ sauce (perfect blend of sweet, and smoky).

Skinny Boy Deal

Our Skinny Boy platter is the perfect way to enjoy our delicious barbecue without overdoing it. Our tender and juicy brisket is wood smoked for 12 hours. It is then piled high on a toasted bun and topped with pickled onions, and cabbage.

Burnt Ends Sandwich

Our signature burnt end sandwich is made with our tender and juicy burnt ends, piled high on your choice of Texas toast or a toasted bun. The Burnt ends are basted with our sweet BBQ sauce.

Pulled Pork Sandwich

Our wood fired slow smoke juicy pulled pork sandwich is just what your appetite called for. It’s tossed with our sweet BBQ sauce and topped with pickled onions. It's served on a toasted bun or Texas toast.

These tender, smoky, and flavorful burnt ends are made from the point cut of a brisket that has been smoked for 12 hours over hickory wood. They are then cubed and glazed with our sweet BBQ sauce.

Loaded Fries

Our loaded fries are the perfect combination of crispy, cheesy, and flavorful. They're made with our crispy crinkle cut fries topped with our 4-cheese sauce, cheese mix, green onions, crema, Jalapenos, and our sweet BBQ sauce.
