For cheese lovers. A blend of mozzarella, parmesan, romano, cheddar, and feta cheeses topped with sliced Roma tomatoes.
Traditional Plain Pizza - No Mozzarella
NO MOZZARELLA CHEESE - For the purist, plain, and simple. The finest plum tomato sauce, garlic, basil, black pepper, 100% pure olive oil, and a sprinkle of grated romano and parmesan cheeses. If you like mozzarella cheese, order a mozzarella pizza!

Sausage Cacciatore Pizza
Crushed plum tomatoes combined with chunks of sausage, chopped garlic, basil, 100% pure olive oil, onion, and red and yellow peppers. This pizza does not come with mozzarella cheese. If you like mozzarella cheese, you may order this as a topping.
Eggplant Parmesan Pizza
A red pizza with mozzarella cheese, sweet roasted yellow and red peppers, and breaded eggplant.
Three Cheese Special Pizza (gorgonzola)
Our traditional recipe of plum tomato sauce, fresh garlic, and 100% pure olive oil, topped with a mix of grated romano, parmesan, and GORGONZOLA cheeses.
Chicken Cacciatore Pizza
Crushed plum tomatoes combined with chunks of chicken breast, chopped garlic, basil, 100% pure olive oil, onion, and red and yellow peppers. This pizza does NOT come with mozzarella cheese. If you like mozzarella cheese, you may order this as a topping.
Red Vegetable Pizza

Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Chopped garlic, olive oil, scallions, gorgonzola cheese, and roasted red and yellow peppers, topped with chicken breast chunks marinated in buffalo sauce. Substitute Mozzarella or a different cheese for the Gorgonzola if you prefer.
Scallop & Bacon Pizza
