The Wrangler

Maple Bourbon Burger
A maple bourbon reduction seared into either a 1/3 lb. or 1/2 lb. burger with cheddar cheese and bacon topped with tomato, lettuce, onions, and pickles. 11 / 13. A shot of whiskey might also do nicely!
What A Night! Burger
A whopping 3/4 lb. of burger patties! This hangover cure includes bacon, pepper jack, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, jalapenos and finished with a fried egg and a cheese crusted bun.
Gold Dust Patty Melt
Our signature grilled cheese beefed up! Your choice of a 1/3 lb. or 1/2 lb. patty with bacon, guacamole, diced Pueblo Chile, caramelized onions, smoked cheddar, provolone & pepper jack cheese on Texas toast.
Green Chile Burger
A 1/3 or 1/2 lb burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, green chile and provolone cheese. A Gold Dust favorite!
El Diablo Burger
You’ll need a cold one with this one: A 1/3 or 1/2 lb. burger with pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, “Diablo” spread, caramelized onions, and to cool it down a touch, lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon.
Haystack Pork Belly Burger (new!)
A 1/3 or 1/2 lb. burger with smoked cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, with mouthwatering BBQ pork belly and frizzled onion strings on top.
Family Four Pack With Free Soft Drinks

The Pueblo Classic! Our 1/3 lb. or 1/2 lb. burger smothered with our house made green chile (mild, hot, or half ‘n half) and topped with shredded cheddar cheese and onion.
Fiesta Slopper
Our famous slopper with the additional toppings of lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream with your choice of red chili or green chile (mild, hot, or half ‘n half) and a 1/3 lb. or 1/2 lb. burger patty.
Relleno Slopper (new!)
An in house special that became so wildly popular, we had to put it on the menu. An open faced 1/3 or 1/2 lb. burger smothered with your choice of green chile, and topped with an Anaheim Chili Relleno, lime crema, white cheddar cheese, pickled onion, and cilantro garnish.
Slopper Dog
A big juicy hot dog in the bun smothered with red chili or green chile (mild, hot, or half ‘n half) topped with shredded cheese and onions. Comes with fries on the side or smothered.
Pork Belly Slopper (new!)
An open faced 1/3 or 1/2 lb. patty smothered in your choice of green chile topped with delicious BBQ pork belly burnt ends, Agave Roja, queso fresco, and lime crema.
Vegan Slopper
Vegan Beyond Burger with house made Vegan Chile. Does not Come with any grated cheese. A slice of vegan cheese can be added in the burger portion. Gluten free bread can also be substituted.
