Our cakes are made from scratch for every order with quality products and no preservatives or artificial flavorings. Flavor is extremely important to us, so to ensure that we are delivering the best for you, we make our cake components in-house; from the sponge, fillings and jam to frosting. We prioritize balance and harmonious flavors. Cakes are coated with silky Swiss Merengue Buttercream. Our recipe has much lower sugar and butter content compared to other buttercreams (e.g. American buttercream), which makes our cakes less sweet and more flavor-driven. Food is first enjoyed with our eyes, so we make your cake as beautiful as it is delicious. We specialize in modern, minimalist and delicate designs. We love clean lines and balance.
