Phuket Stir-fried Wide Noodles

This is a traditional noodle dish from the southern region of Thailand. We stir-fry rice noodles with Napa cabbage, broccoli, baby corn, carrot, mushrooms and egg, and then serve in a brown sauce with a hint of curry powder.

Malay Massaman Curry (mild)

A classic Thai curry sauce that has been a tradition for over one hundred years! An aromatic sauce of cumin, cinnamon, coriander seeds and other Siamese spices blended in coconut milk with onion and sweet potatoes, topped with peanuts.

Red Curry (spicy)
